Destiny West begin writing professionally in the UK in 2000, since then her work has been published in various anthologies and magazines. Lamia—The Awakening - her first novel; is published by Horrotica Publications which is apart of the Dark Myth Publishing House.

Destiny is known for her extreme horror writing which leaves nothing unsaid nor a page unturned. She has also been known to write erotica and most of her horror works contains sexual content and is not for the faint of heart nor a weak stomach.
