Apple Valley, CA, February 10, 2011 -- Dark Myth Comics (a division of Dark Myth Production Studios) publisher of Sgt. Iron, Ayot Nom and SmasH, announced today that they are pairing with a new distributor to bring their new comic medium known as graphic novels to major retail outlets nationwide.

Dark Myth Comics will be stepping back from traditional comic books and individual one-shots, to produce graphic novels only. The new graphic novel planned for a late 2011 release was inspired by classic EC Comics titles and like the golden years of comic publishing, Dark Myth Comics plans to produce a product which will contain five stand alone stories that will vary in genres. The title of the book, Chronicles of the Unknown, entails just that to the reader: a book filled with several types of stories, none related to the other.

"Chronicles of the Unknown is a major turning point in the history of how we do comics," said David K. Montoya, Chief Executive Officer and Publisher of Dark Myth Production Studios. "This book has the potential to generate national headlines and bring old and new readers to the Dark Myth Comics world."
